Hamarsbøen er ein mellomstor norsk gard som ligg i 700 meters høgde i Kvisla, med fantastisk utsyn nedover i Hallingdal. Hamarsbøen leverer vintermjølk til Hol Ysteri for produksjon av Lykjylost, Kvitost og Røykt Kvitost. Om sumaren er dyr og folk frå Hamarsbøen på Hamarsbøenstølen. Der produseres rumme og smør. Dei leverer også kumjølk til Jakobsplass når dei treng kumjøk til primen sin.
